When we want to buy our product or service online, we must know about internet marketing. There are millions of people who want to buy their products or services online. They are competing for viewers. Many of them are competing for the same viewers you are. How do you buy your products or service online?  Internet marking enables you to defeat your competitors and let you to buy your product or service online. Internet marketing encompasses all steps you take to reach your target market online.

When you ask people “are you marketing online”, they always reply “yes, we have a website”. I always get surprised to hear it. Having a website and marketing on the net are two very different things. A website is simply a collection of documents, images and other electronic files that are publically accessible across the internet. Before starting designing your website you much know about your objectives why you want to have a website. Your website should be design to meet your online objectives.

Although you are running an individual business or corporation, you must know about your objectives. If you are not a web site designer or developer and want other people do it for you, you must discuss with him or her entire objectives related to your business. You must clearly discuss with your website designer and developer about you objectives.  Without knowing your objectives it is unlikely for him or her to design your website that meets your online objectives and it is impossible for him or her to develop it with your target market in mind.

Why We Need To Learn HTML

Whether you want to be a website designer, developer, internet marketer, SEO expert or want to start an online business, at first you need to know all about basic terms of HTML. What is HTML?

HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. It is interpreted by software called web browser. These web browsers are made to read, translate codes given in HTML document and display the web pages to users according to the commands given in this document. So this language help to display, text, images, links, flash files to users by different website browsers being used by the users.

Basic structure of HTML

Basic structure of HTML consists of HTML Tags and attribute. A Tag contains name of an element and angle brackets like this <p>. These Tags represent different part of the document. What skills require learning HTML?

It is very simple and easy language as you will see in a moment. You just need general knowledge of computer and other common software such as, Microsoft Word, Notepad etc. for writing  HTML  codes, you need to have notepad or notepad plus. You can find notepad in "all programs" in you window. If you want to write your code in Notepad plus, you will have to search it on google.com and download it in your local hard drive.
